• In the big dining room, or under the ash tree sheltered by the box hedge, Annie makes every effort to please her guests.
• Local produce (asparagus, strawberries, apples... whatever is in season) and vegetables from the garden form the basis of her personal recepies.
• The Taille de Biou is in the wine region of "Cheverny"; you will be able to enjoy the wine (*) with your meal, as it will go well with the local produce, especially the goat's cheese.
• Helped by the friendly atmosphere, meals can last well into the evening. Consider warning Annie if you want to go to bed early !

Every evening but on Tuesday and Wednesday; evening meals must be booked the day before and, for the first evening, booked with the room.
